Pink gold is known as a Vin Gris. The process is achieved by bleeding juice before contact with the skins leaving the color and more robust flavor compounds associated with skin contact. Light and quite pure, Pink Cold is the profound result of extracting the juice of a top quality Napa Valley Cabernet Blended with Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and Viognier and fermented and aged in two year old Hundred Acre Cabernet Barrels for a short period of 2 months.

Each bottle of Pink Gold contains flakes of 1 micron thick 24k Gold. Shimmering and brilliant, the Gold captivates the eye but purity of the juice will always tantalize the palate.

Pairing with spicy foods, shellfish or as an aperitif.
