Tasting Notes:

Nose: the nose is delicate but fresh. In the beginning floral notes, with violet, iris, lilac and hints of citrus peel. Followed by fruity notes of fresh fig, greengage plums and stewed rhubarb. The finish becomes warm and elegant around lush hints of honey, creamy pastry and biscuit.

Palate: The attack is strong. The first expressions are citrus fruit and apricot or white peach. This is followed by warmer, richer hints of cereals, dried fruits and nougat. Seductive toast, coffee and hazelnut aromas and flavors highlight this medium-bodied, elegant bubbly. It's intense, yet graceful, with balance and a long, mineral-tinged aftertaste. Would serve well as an aperitif or with food.

50% chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. It is aged a minimum of four years in the cellars before shipment. The bouquet has a hint of citrus, with flowers, and lemon peel. It is an “easy Champagne” you can have for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all night long. Delicious as an aperitif, and equally delightful with a dessert.
